At Iliana's, we serve more than just food-we serve culture, family, and passion.

Rooted in the vibrant flavors of Haiti, Puerto Rico, and Trinidad, Iliana's is a celebration of Caribbean heritage. As a Black-owned, woman-owned, family-run business, our mission is to share the bold, soulful tastes we grew up with-infused with love, history, and joy.

With a combined 44 years of experience in the food service industry, we know what it takes to deliver exceptional flavor and hospitality. Our founder brings 17 years of culinary experience and a lifelong dream of owning a food business that honors her Haitian roots. Her husband, a scasoned food professional with 27 years of experience, brings influences from his Puerto Rican and Trinidadian background. Together, we've created a space where Caribbean culture and community unite.
